I just purchased something and I don't have it. What can I do?

Lifeboat no longer directly manages purchases. If something that you just purchased isn’t showing up in your “My purchases” menu in the Lifeboat server, please log out and log back in. If the purchase was in Prison, please check your purchases in the Tools and Offers menu via the Prison Navigator.


If the purchase hasn’t shown up, you may need to wait and try again later. If your purchase hasn’t shown up after waiting 24 hours, please reach out to Microsoft for support.
