I lost my purchase that I already had. How do I get it back?
Lifeboat no longer directly manages purchases. If something that you have used before isn’t showing up in your “My purchases” menu in the Lifeboat server, it could be a temporary issue with Microsoft’s services; or you may need to just log out and log back in again. Please reach out to Microsoft for support if this problem persists.
